The website www.thefeltcart.com belongs to 'The Felt Cart'(hence forth termed  as 'We'). Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, even if you are not ordering.

1) Images of our products are as accurate and close to what we produce.

We do not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour, size and style, as the product may seem different at your end. As the products are hand-crafted one by one, there will be marginal size and image differences in the finished item to the sizes stated on this website. Please note that if an exact shade colour match is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

  

2) Please note that we reserve the right to brand our personalized products. The images and content of our website are protected by copyright laws. So please do not distribute / copy the content found within this web-site and do not edit / remove watermarks from any image. Images may not be used in any way or for any advertising purposes by you.

 

3) Accepting an order is our sole discretion and we do not need to furnish a reason for not accepting your order at any time.

4) ORDER ACCEPTANCE : All orders will be taken with detailed specifications from you and confirmed in writing and cannot be changed once production has started.

5) LEAD TIME: For personalized hand-crafted products lead times may differ from what we estimate and there is no binding on us that the products will be produced and shipped by a specific date. We will do our best to meet the timeline given. Timeline for your order will be communicated to you on phone or e-mail once the order is finalized.

6) PAYMENT: 50% Payment will be taken in advance and 50% on completion of the order before it is shipped. We accept on-line payments.

7) DELIVERY: Delivery Times are approximate timelines and we do not guarantee that the products will be with you on a specific date. We will do our best to meet these timelines. We have over 98% on-time deliveries. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received and you will have to bear expenses for failed or delayed deliveries.

We will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to fire, severe weather conditions, industrial dispute, strike or labour disputes or any other reason not listed here.

8) RETURNS: While every care has been taken to make the product as per your

instructions, due to the personalized nature of our goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit. However, if the item is defective or we have made an error we will gladly either refund, rectify or replace the item if time permits. 

 

9) DEFECTS: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt along with photos and where the product is flawed. Any complaints,  regarding the order  shall not be entertained after 15 days, of the order being delivered.

10) PRICING: Personalized products are exclusive and unique so pricing is worked out taking this and other factors like size, material, design and intricacy involved into consideration.

 

11) COURIER: Our products are shipped by an external courier service. Charges are on actuals for each order depending on the weight and size of the parcel as well as your delivery area. Some postal addresses in remote areas may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

12) Use of our web-site is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use our web-site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

13) We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any

time and advise you to read them before accessing our website every time because they are binding on you.

14) Our products do not, in any way, have content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause

annoyance or inconvenience.
